Whether you require a traditional sit down function or a canapé style tapas event our cocktail deck provides the perfect location for your special event.
We comfortably seat 60-80 guests on our deck for a formal sit-down dinner or transform the deck into a party area with standing / dancing room for 120…….the option is yours.
For larger events the entire venue can be taken, offering the best of both worlds. Seat up to 140 guests then clear the deck after dinner for a party to remember!

Terms and Conditions for party functions
GB has 2 separate dining areas…
Our cocktail deck is multi-purpose. We can hold 60-80 for seated events or for non-seated functions we can cater for 120 people.
Our inside seating area (air-conditioned) can seat up to 65 if fully utilised. It is possible to open both areas up to create 1 larger space for 120-140 guests. Equally we are happy to provide parties for any smaller number guests.
Should you require a completely private event you may either book our deck or the entire restaurant depending on your requirements. There is no venue hire charge for private functions, but a minimum spend applies.
Deck parties will have private access to the smoking area and a private bar. We are happy to arrange a DJ or live music for your private functions where the entire venue is booked. Music can be played till 12am. Whatever you need we are happy to work with you to ensure your event is memorable.
Lunch Bookings are available from 11:30 onwards, and may be occupied until 4:30pm. Dinner reservations are available from 6pm onwards, music may be played until 12am, with the restaurant closing at 1am.
For parties of 12 or more we require a booking deposit of 50% of the agreed food spend. The balance will be due on or before the event commences. Should you require a complimentary bar for guests, we simply require pre-authorisation or deposit of the agreed maximum spend prior to the event. If the pre-agreed maximum spend is reached, a further pre-auth will be required for service to
continue. A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill.
Peak period Cancelations – Deposit refunds will be as follows…
28 days prior (75% refund)
14 days prior (50% refund)
7 days prior (25% refund)
Less than 7 days – no refund
